Order Fulfillment:


Ship orders promptly and within the specified timeframe.

Keep customers informed about order status and tracking information.

Commission and Payments:


Commissions will be deducted from each sale, as per the agreed-upon percentage.

Payments will be disbursed on a regular schedule.

Returns and Refunds:


Clearly communicate your return and refund policies.

Process returns and refunds promptly and in accordance with our guidelines.

Intellectual Property:


Ensure that product listings do not infringe on any intellectual property rights.

Obtain necessary licenses for any copyrighted or trademarked material.

Compliance with Laws:


Abide by all applicable laws and regulations related to ecommerce and toy manufacturing.

Termination of Agreement:


We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if there is a breach of terms.

By proceeding to sell on Merid Abebe's platform, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the termination of your vendor account.
